Are you a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined individual? If so, we are looking for an individual who has a Class A CDL or Class B to deliver seed in the Eastern Washington area.

Job Responsibilities

• Transport seed between facilities
• Keep accurate records of deliveries made
• Pre and post inspection of truck and trailer
• Be able to clean trailer between seed varieties
• Load and unload material independently at facilities
• When not driving, assist in the day-to-day handling, maintenance and distribution of products (bulk and packaged) moving into and out of the seed warehouse.
• Loading, blending and moving product, bin clean downs, shoveling wheat, etc.
• Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining accurate accounting of inventory.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; keeps paperwork and work areas organized; keeps safety and stewardship a priority.

Required Skills

• Class A CDL or Class B with doubles/triples endorsement and 2 years of current driving experience.
• Clean driving record
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Mechanical skills
• Previous grain and/or seed experience helpful
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• Forklift operator (or ability to become a certified operator)
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Overtime will be required
