The McGregor Company serves growers in Washington, Idaho and Oregon with the seed, crop inputs, equipment, services, research, and advice needed to raise healthy, sustainable crops.

Full time delivery driver with warehouse duties needed at our facility in Palouse, WA. This position is responsible for delivering seed, crop protection and fertilizer products to our retail locations around the area, loading & unloading trucks, inventory control and general warehouse duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Delivery Driver
  • daily safety inspections of trucks and keep accurate logbooks
  • make accurate counts of product both in loading and unloading trucks
  • report all equipment problems, failures, and accidents to their supervisor
  • have valid DOT shipping documents accompanying all product shipments
• Warehouse
  • maintain accurate inventory in computerized program
  • operate equipment in a legal and safe manner at all times.
  • reporting all equipment problems, failures, and accidents to their supervisor

Required Skills

• Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, existing license preferred, but willing to train qualified candidate
• Must be able to obtain HazMat, doubles/triples & tanker endorsements
• Works well independently, while ensuring effective team communication
• Ability to learn new tasks, honesty, and integrity

• Position is located at the Rollins Facility, 352 Ringo Road, Palouse, WA
• Ability obtain Washington Dealer/Manager pesticide license
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• Ability to travel within the market area of southeast Washington, southcentral Washington, and northcentral Oregon
