Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day operations and staff leadership of assigned branch location
• Effectively plan ahead to meet needs of customers, Account Managers, team, and company
• Manage appropriate inventory levels, equipment and delivery units, and staffing levels by anticipating customer needs utilizing effective communication with Account Managers
• Schedule and manage non-critical service periods to provide proper maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Manage location’s safety and environmental compliance
• Ensure cleanliness of facility, vehicles and appearance of Service Technicians

Job Responsibilities

• 3-5 years of agricultural experience with equipment or products and services preferred

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of agricultural experience with equipment or products and services preferred
• Strong computer skills required, including ability to learn accounting software specific to ag retail
• Dealer Manager pesticide license or state equivalent (current or able to obtain within an established time frame)
